Sudhir Mehandru has over 16 years of experience as in Outsourcing, Application Hosting, and Implementation of complex Financial, Accounting, Manufacturing and Supply Chain systems. He has held leadership positions at the various corporations, most recently over 6 years experience in Sales Leadership of the West Region for Outsourcing of ERP and eBusiness solutions at Intelligroup, Inc, publicly held company based in New Jersey. Prior to Intelligroup, Sudhir was one of the key contributors to the success of PeopleSoft Hosting, where he worked directly with the SVP of PeopleSoft to build up the business from 0 to 42 clients in less than 2 years. Sudhir was responsible for all aspects of this business including sales, business development & client services.  Before PeopleSoft and Intelligroup, Mr. Mehandru was a Sr. Project Manager at KPMG and E&Y for over 4 years managing the Manufacturing and Supply chain projects for Sterling commerce (worldwide) and NEC-BNS in Dallas, Texas.

Sreenivasa Reddy - Delivery and Quality

Mr. Reddy has over twelve years of experience in information technology with over 10 years on the PeopleSoft application and technologies. He has expertise in the complete lifecycles of both the competency and the delivery organizations. Prior to joining Astute Business Solutions, he was with Intelligroup for six years and served in various positions, including Engagement Manager and Senior Director of Offshore Delivery and Outsourcing. As a Sr. Director, he was completely responsible for the competency and delivery organizations of the PeopleSoft and Oracle Applications. He was also actively involved in the CMMi process certification for the PeopleSoft practice. His prior experiences include working with Andersen consulting (now Accenture), Pharmacia, Alcoa and Trustek. He has vast experience in building, nurturing and growing practices for PeopleSoft. With the experience he has working both in US and India; he has assembled the very best talent at Astute Business Solutions that would cater for the Global requirements in a cost-effective way.

Arvind Rajan has spent twelve years collaborating and partnering with customers in various industry verticals and technology horizontals helping them implement, transform and outsource IT services. He has led, managed and spearheaded growth of PeopleSoft and eBusiness Services with a responsible, creative and consistent approach towards profitability and success. As a Solution Architect for major for PeopleSoft Hosting and late HP Managed Services he designed highly-available and reliable solutions for mid and up-market. Arvind has experience and expertise in Customer Life Cycle Management from contract negotiation to project planning, solution design, development, testing and global rollout while achieving highest levels of customer satisfaction. He has acute focus on balanced growth aligned to strategic vision and goals. Arvind has hands-on experience in implementing PeopleSoft HCM, Financials, EPM, Portal and Student Administration Solutions tailored to client needs. At Astute, Arvind is responsible for leading the development of products like Fast Track which aim to enhance the customer experience throughout a project lifecycle. He also leads all solution design and pre-sales for Astute.
